Shanghai Zi Ri Packaging Co., Ltd established in 1995, is a joint venture by Shanghai Zijiang Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. and Shenshida Investment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. The company covers about 80000 square meters of land with the registered capital US$20,700,000 and the total investment US$ 39,800,000. By now, it has 300 employees and is one of the famous plastic closure manufactures in China.
The main business of Shanghai Zi Ri Packaging Co., Ltd is beverage pack and the key product is the high-quality plastic closures against
counterfeit for sealing use, such as plastic bottle for drinking water against counterfeit (PET bottle), including soda, tea beverage, fruit juice and flavoring, etc.
The company has owned 12 production lines which have been imported from Italy and U.S.A. At present, the annual production capacity is 55 billions closures. The products are approved by domestic and international famous brand companies, such as Coca-cola, Pepsi Cola, Unified Group etc. and also obtain the qualifications of supplying closures for their domestic filling lines. Now the company has more than 200 customers which are spread all over the domestic and overseas markets. According to the quality policy "Lets do better to satisfy customers, the company invested with a huge sum of money in setting up the lab of product development and research , and had bought kinds of checkout equipments from the domestic and international main laboratory apparatus manufacturing company for new product development and produce quality control.

It passed authentication of ISO9000 in November 2000 and ISO14001 in January 2007 by German TV authentication organization. The company was regarded as Top 200 advanced packaging enterprises in 2000 by China Pack Association and China Pack Entrepreneur Federation, and Top 50 of Shanghai packaging enterprise in 2001. The company has more than 10 kinds of independent patents and be awarded the prize of the
packaging achievements in science and technology.
