We hope this information will help you understand the production procedure of usual moulded glass bottle. Thank you for your time and support. Please feel free to contact if you get any question.
Step 1: Glass material will be put into a furnace and heated to be liquid state.
Step 2: This is a feeding machine. It will send glass material to IS machine with a certain weight.
Step 3: These pictures show working procedure of IS machine which makes glass bottle.
Step4: Now bottles are produced and sent to annealing furnace. Once bottles are sent to this annealing furnace, they will be heated to over 1000 and then be cooled by 100 step by step. Once temperature is about 100, they will get cooled naturally by themselves. Total process of annealing treatment will cost 100 minutes.
Step5: These pictures show bottles that have finished annealing treatment and be delivered to QC and packing stage.
